Costars Charlie Day, Aubrey Plaza, Margaret Qualley and more dressed up to debut the movie alongside writer-director Ethan Coen. Evans, 43, explained why he missed the premiere with a messages on his Instagram Stories Sunday, May 25. "I wish I could've been with my incredible cast and filmmakers at Cannes," he wrote, "but it was my mother's 70th birthday and there are some things you just can't miss! Congrats everyone!!" In the same article,Lisa said Evans, who has three siblings, once told her his "biggest fear was losing his anonymity" by taking the Captain America role. A dark comedy,Honey Don't!is about Honey O'Donahue (Qualley), a "small-town private investigator, who delves into a series of strange deaths tied to a mysterious church," according to a synopsis.
